We advise individuals to contact the Welfare Service prior to instigating any claim for welfare benefits. Support For The Bereaved Scheme - Victims and Survivors Service This scheme re-opened with effect from 1 April 2021 to bereaved individuals who were not registered with VSS by 31 March 2017, and therefore, are not already in receipt of this payment from VSS. www.victimsservice.org
