Supervision would be provided for 1 hour on a one-to-one monthly basis, either in person or via an appropriate digital platform, to an Advocacy Support Manager and 8 Advocates, over the period June 2026 – August 2028.

This involves case reviews, client management, monitoring and evaluation advice and wider support designed to identify risks of employee burnout, vicarious trauma etc and to liaise with SEFF’s Director on these matters.
The Supervisor will be responsible for providing quarterly group-based supervision.
